Venmo monthly payment of $150.00 will be due on third month of occupancy and billed on fifth of every month. Occupant will also have option to pay in advance whatever sum is agreed upon by owner. Occupant will need to sign contractual agreement that states monthly fee will be paid on fifth day of each month with Venmo. Unit is insured, climate controlled, keyless building and gate entrance. Unit itself has lock and key, which you will need to duplicate. Monthly rental fee is subject to change. Our promotional rate has just expired and Life Storage has raised my rent.
